Our design skills encompass interior design, architecture and space planning through to creating bespoke furniture, joinery and lighting design schemes.
For as long as I can remember, I have always loved interior design. Even as a young child I would love decorating my bedroom or learning how to hang wallpaper. At the age of 16 I designed my first item of furniture – a coffee table that was sold nationwide. Then 15 years ago I decided it was time to study interior design as a profession and I completed the Limperts Academy of Design – Interior Design Diploma Course delivered by WIT. I qualified with a Distinction, finishing first in Ireland that year and had my work featured in The National Gallery for all to see.
It was the beginning of a truly exciting career that gave me the opportunity to work as a furniture and accessory buyer for high profile stores, predicting the next big trends in interior design, to travel the world seeing how the design world worked, completing store designs and layouts, meeting new and wonderful people in the industry to finally opening my own interior design company five years ago.
I love nothing more than seeing my client’s smile at the end of a project and knowing that the process was as exciting and stress free for them as it was for me. Interior Design is more than curtains and paint, it’s about forming a special relationship with your client and understanding that each and every one is different. And that diversity is what makes my job wonderful. No two clients are the same so you get to come up with beautiful new designs every day.
